Few days are as important as this one and capturing the spirit is everything. Representing all of the moments of laughter, joy, excitement, and romance through photography, without being intrusive, is the main objective of photojournalism. This style of photography is one I sometimes use at weddings, if the bride and groom so choose, along with some black and white photography, which is great for it's simplistic yet artful, classic nature. It’s your senior year in high school… finally! ...Or maybe it’s your son's or daughter’s final year in high school before they head off to college. Everyone has the obligatory cap and gown portrait or the cheesy grin photo for their high school yearbook, but no one ever feels that it best represents a senior's individual sense of style and their personality. It's important to look your absolute best for a glamorized photo, even if it's just for yourself, for someone special, or for a modeling job. Glamour photography can be a stylized head-shot, portrait or an erotic boudoir session. Making people beautiful and see themselves in a different way is the most rewarding to me. (more...)
Photography is something I definitely like to do in my own time, aside from the weddings, events, and glamour. I feel like sharing my own personal work is important, so that a potential client can get a feel for my personal style. I have a certain love for shooting older objects, buildings and townscapes. I also love taking photos of people in their natural state exploring their world — like the young girl in Miroir D'Eau or the young boy examining the roasting chickens in Le Garçon. (more...)
